Consultation
For exterior lights, we start with a free quote and set of design packages. For decor, we start with a short consultation to gather information and learn your vision to make this a memorable Christmas. We get clear on your goals, budget, and design ideas.
Design Walkthrough
Our personalized designs help you envision your holiday experience. Custom Christmas light designs are offered free of charge. Home and Business interior Christmas designs include an in-person session and design fee to confirm your selections.
Schedule
Once you approve your design, a deposit reserves your date on our calendar. We lock your installation date and prepare to complete your project with ongoing conversation, reminders, and details on what to expect throughout the process.
Installation
Our fully insured, professional team arrives, installs cleanly, and transforms your home or business into something extraordinary. We walk you through the finished design and operating equipment to use throughout the holiday.
Takedown
We complete careful removal in January to return your home or business to its former state. We work with you ahead of time to coordinate storage plans for the products, so that you don't have to lift a finger or worry about boxes of tangled lights.

Elmstead Holiday Company is a woman-owned and operated business founded by Shanda Brooks. Born from a deep passion for the holidays and the experiences we share, Elmstead was launched to help families and businesses turn Christmas experiences into stories that are shared for generations.
Shanda and her husband Andy, believe that the best holiday memories start with the details. Whether that's the smell of grandma's food, gift traditions handed down, or the warmth of beautiful decor that leaves a lasting impression.

Designing your vision
We create a custom design that’s as unique to your holiday experience. We’ll provide you design renderings of the lights on your home, and for interior decor customers, complete an in-person consultation so that you can see and feel the materials we’ll use in your home.
We source and supply the materials
Once the vision is design set, we will supply commercial grade LED lights, garland, and products for the exterior of your home. We lease these products to you for the season. For interior trees, mantels, and staircases, we source products that you can own from season to season. From high quality trees, to ornaments that last, we work with your budget to bring the vision to life.
Warrantied & Insured Installation
Our team manages your project with the utmost professionalism. Our fully insured installation crews are here to support you all season, with our worry-free warranty program. We’ll keep your Christmas display looking perfect, with any issues arising being handled within 48-hours.
Takedown and storage coordination
When the season ends, we return for careful removal and coordinate off-season storage, leaving you without a January cleanup project. For returning Christmas light customers, you are automatically enrolled in our loyalty program for future seasons providing you with priority scheduling.
